Mediating Personal Injury Cases: Strategies for Success

Flyer-Riverside Civil Mediation Panel Event

I wanted to share with you that the Riverside Superior Court ADR department has requested my participation as a panel member in a presentation to their attorney-mediators. It is called Mediating Personal Injury Cases: Strategies for Success, and we will be discussing how to resolve cases ordered to mediation by the Court. This is very flattering and ironic: a non-attorney mediator educating attorney-mediators. I must be doing something right.
