Seth J. Davis Lobbying Sacramento in Support of AB 310

I am very proud to be supporting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Sacramento where I will be attending the National Multiple Sclerosis Society/California Action Network (MS-CAN) Public Policy Conference.

The Public Policy Conference, held in the State Capitol, addresses emerging public policies that affect people with Multiple Sclerosis.  The conference provides an opportunity to hear from key decision makers and state department directors first hand.

The MS-CAN agenda will include issues surrounding access to affordable prescription drug coverage, as well as critical issues in Sacramento that are of interest to people living with Multiple Sclerosis.

In particular, we will be advocating on behalf of AB 310 a bill authored by Assembly Member Fiona Ma (D-San Francisco) and co-sponsored by MS-CAN, which will prohibit the practice of co-insurance that has been applied by insurance companies and health plans to expensive prescription drugs on specialty tiers.
